I'm a creative copywriter and producer who never shies away from a challenge—on land, or on water. In fact, I was a Division 1 athlete on the University of Iowa’s Women’s Rowing Team. However, I’ve since traded in my oars for a pen and pencil. I am skilled in writing and editing for all mediums, but I truly have a passion for video production. Whether it’s a feature on NASA engineers or a quarterly address by executive leadership, I create compelling stories that communicate a clear message, increase audience engagement, and heighten brand awareness.

One of my favorite parts about creating client content is becoming more knowledgeable and well-informed on new topics. Together with the creative process, this gets me out of bed every morning—I thrive in a writer’s room and am inspired by those around me. Watching projects evolve from scribbles on a whiteboard into full-fledged stories never gets old.

 

As a comedic writer, improviser, and former TV journalist, I'm obsessed with storytelling. Clients can count on me to understand their brand's story and strategy, while also contributing creative ideas and managing projects in a timely fashion. Because if there’s anything my years of rowing experience have taught me, it’s how to be on time and to work with a team.
